You can set up alerts for HST/GST/PST, payroll, WSIB/WorkSafeBC, corporate tax (T2), instalments, T1135 and T4 deadlines, on monthly, quarterly or annual schedules depending on each client's obligations.
By email and SMS. Your clients get the reminder, and your team can be notified as well.
Yes. Each firm can have its own wording and layout for the emails its clients receive. Email us the exact text and style you want, and we'll update your firm's emails to match. Text messages use a short standard format: your firm's name, the tax, the client's company, the due date and your phone number.
Yes. For each tax type you choose how many days before the filing and payment due dates reminders are sent.
Add them yourself in the client sheet we provide, or send us your list (an export from your tax software or any spreadsheet) and we'll add them for you. For each client we need a first name, company name, email address, cell number (only if you want text reminders) and the filing date for each tax type you want reminders for. You can add or change clients at any time.
No. There is nothing to install for your team or your clients, and your clients don't need an account. Your clients receive reminders by email and text message, your team gets alerts by email, and you keep your client list up to date in a simple client sheet.
